Purchase terms
General information
The following purchase terms apply to all products on the website www.macacadesign.com,
belonging to EVT Trade AB. Mittfältsgatan 13, 169 41 Solna, Sverige.
Purchase & payment
All prices include Swedish moms (VAT).
Purchases exceeding 300 kr include freight/postage costs for deliveries within Sweden. For purchases
under 300 kr additional postage costs apply.
Following a completed purchase an order conformation will be sent to the email address you have
supplied. This confirmation is the receipt for your completed purchase.
If you wish to change or cancel a submitted order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@macacadesign.com. Please provide your order number when you contact us. You can cancel
your order without cost until your order has been processed (by us).
Payment method
Payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna AB.
Freight and delivery
For purchases exceeding 300 kr, freight costs are included in the price for deliveries within Sweden.
For purchases under 300 kr an additional freight cost will be shown at the check-out when you place
your order.
Your order will normally be sent within 1-2 workdays. Normal delivery times are 1-3 days. Delays may
occur.
Orders are dispatched by Postnord AB and sent to your closest Postnord collection point. When your
order is ready to be collected you will receive an SMS at the mobile telephone number you have
registered with us in connection with your purchase.
Parcels will remain at the collection point for 14 days for collection. Thereafter they will be
automatically returned to us.
For deliveries outside the EU customs duty, moms and local taxes may be added to your order. All
extra costs for delivery outside the EU will be paid by the customer.
Uncollected parcels
Parcels not collected from the collection point within 14 days will be returned to us. We reserve the
right to debit the customer for any return freight costs associated with uncollected parcels. For this a
charge of 250 kr will apply.
Damaged goods
Should a package be damaged upon collection you will need to return it directly at the collection
point. We recommend that you take a photo of the damaged packaging.
Should there be something wrong with the delivered product you should contact us immediately at
info@macacadesign.com. We encourage you to send pictures that demonstrate the damage. Please
also include your order number.
Complaints and returns
You always have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Goods that are returned should be sent back in their original condition with intact packaging. The
customer is responsible for return freight and costs in accordance with the Swedish law
Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).
Returns are handled according to the following steps below:
- Email us at info@macacadesign.com and give your order number and the product or
products you wish to return. - Pack the goods in a safe way so that the products are protected from damage during
transport. Include the delivery note or a note with your name and order number. - We will send a return label to you by mail that you should attach to the package.
- Hand in your package at a Postnord service point.
- When the returned goods have been handled by us, normally within a week, we will repay
the value of the product (card payments) or credit your invoice (invoice payments). We will
deduct the actual freight costs for the return up to a maximum of 100 kr for returns within
Sweden.
Privacy policy
We follow EU laws on data protection and privacy (GDPR).When you have completed your order, you agree that we store and use your personal data in our
business in order to best fulfil our commitments to you.
The personal data you provide to us will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged, or shared with other
companies, organisations, or individuals without your consent.
We protect your data according to GDPR and you have the right to access the data and to have it
deleted if you wish.
