Mittf\u00e4ltsgatan 13, 169 41 Solna, Sverige.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Purchase &amp; payment<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>All prices include Swedish moms (VAT).<br>Purchases exceeding 300 kr include freight\/postage costs for deliveries within Sweden. For purchases<br>under 300 kr additional postage costs apply.<br>Following a completed purchase an order conformation will be sent to the email address you have<br>supplied. This confirmation is the receipt for your completed purchase.<br>If you wish to change or cancel a submitted order, please contact us as soon as possible at<br>info@macacadesign.com. Please provide your order number when you contact us. You can cancel<br>your order without cost until your order has been processed (by us).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Payment method<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna AB.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Freight and delivery<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For purchases exceeding 300 kr, freight costs are included in the price for deliveries within Sweden.<br>For purchases under 300 kr an additional freight cost will be shown at the check-out when you place<br>your order.<br>Your order will normally be sent within 1-2 workdays. Normal delivery times are 1-3 days. Delays may<br>occur.<br>Orders are dispatched by Postnord AB and sent to your closest Postnord collection point. When your<br>order is ready to be collected you will receive an SMS at the mobile telephone number you have<br>registered with us in connection with your purchase.<br>Parcels will remain at the collection point for 14 days for collection. Thereafter they will be<br>automatically returned to us.<br>For deliveries outside the EU customs duty, moms and local taxes may be added to your order. All<br>extra costs for delivery outside the EU will be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Uncollected parcels<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Parcels not collected from the collection point within 14 days will be returned to us. We reserve the<br>right to debit the customer for any return freight costs associated with uncollected parcels. For this a<br>charge of 250 kr will apply.<br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Damaged goods<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Should a package be damaged upon collection you will need to return it directly at the collection<br>point. We recommend that you take a photo of the damaged packaging.<br>Should there be something wrong with the delivered product you should contact us immediately at<br>info@macacadesign.com. We encourage you to send pictures that demonstrate the damage. Please<br>also include your order number.<br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Complaints and returns<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You always have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.<br>Goods that are returned should be sent back in their original condition with intact packaging. The<br>customer is responsible for return freight and costs in accordance with the Swedish law<br>Distans- och hemf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningslagen (2005:59).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6>Returns are handled according to the following steps below:<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol><p><\/p>\n<li>Email us at info@macacadesign.com and give your order number and the product or<br>products you wish to return.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Pack the goods in a safe way so that the products are protected from damage during<br>transport. Include the delivery note or a note with your name and order number.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li class=\"ticss-1d2ea5f0\">We will send a return label to you by mail that you should attach to the package.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Hand in your package at a Postnord service point.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>When the returned goods have been handled by us, normally within a week, we will repay<br>the value of the product (card payments) or credit your invoice (invoice payments). We will<br>deduct the actual freight costs for the return up to a maximum of 100 kr for returns within<br>Sweden.<\/li>\n<p><\/p><\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><h3>Privacy policy<\/h3>We follow EU laws on data protection and privacy (GDPR).<br>When you have completed your order, you agree that we store and use your personal data in our<br>business in order to best fulfil our commitments to you.<br>The personal data you provide to us will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged, or shared with other<br>companies, organisations, or individuals without your consent.<br>We protect your data according to GDPR and you have the right to access the data and to have it<br>deleted if you
